Accommodating and friendly staff, helpful check-in process, pleasant stay, perfect room with mountain view, variety of gluten-free options for breakfast, nice decoration.

The breakfast was decent, with a good selection of pastries and fruit. the location was quite convenient as it was just a short walk from the train station. the room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed.
The overall experience was quite disappointing.

The hotel had a lovely decoration in the common areas and our room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome during our stay. We also loved the playroom for children, and the fact that the hotel had its own parking was very convenient. The dinner was amazing, and we were impressed with the delicious food and the variety of options. the hotel was located near the train station and had a room to store our ski gear, which we appreciated.
There were some negative aspects of our stay. On our first night, the central heating was turned off, and we had to wake up the manager to turn it back on.
